Welcome to Ibiza Agents Real Estate, a real estate agency founded in 2003 and located in the heart of Marina Botafoch, opposite the prestigious Ibiza Gran Hotel. We specialise in the luxury real estate market on the beautiful island of Ibiza and Formentera, offering services both for those looking to enjoy their holidays by renting a holiday property in the Pitiusas and for those wishing to acquire their dream home as a permanent residence or second home in Ibiza.

The Petita i Mitjana Empresa d'Eivissa i Formentera (PIMEEF) is a business federation set up in 1977 to defend the interests of small and medium-sized businesses on Ibiza and Formentera and to promote the economic and social development of our islands. At present, PIMEEF is made up of 52 associations that bring together some 1,500 companies (approximately 1,300 in Eivissa and 200 in Formentera) that employ between 8,000 workers in the low season and 13,000 in the high season.
The Association of Holiday Homes of Ibiza and Formentera (AVAT) was created in 2011 with the aim of achieving the legalisation of holiday homes within the framework of the Balearic Tourism Law, which was achieved with Law 8/2012. Some of the marketing companies that are members of this association are Love to live Ibiza, Eivillas, Solana Ibiza and our company IBIZA AGENTS among many others.
The Association of Real Estate Agents of Ibiza and Formentera was created in November 2015 with the aim of dignifying the profession and fighting against the enormous illegal supply that exists on our islands. The association has a dozen members and will maintain a rigorous code of ethics to put an end to intrusion.
Ibiza Luxury Destination was created in 2010 as a product club of the Fomento del Turismo de la isla de Ibiza, a private organisation with the aim of promoting the island as a luxury destination. The companies of Ibiza Luxury Destination work together to guarantee our visitors exclusivity and the best services that will make them enjoy the island.
The Association of Real Estate Agents of the Balearic Islands has a college of real estate agents that was founded in 1951 and its main aims are the defence of the professional interests of its members, and the protection of the interests of consumers and users, ensuring an adequate level of quality in the professional services of its members, making them comply with the rules of professional ethics and professional ethics.
